You must fully accept and comply to these terms or you must not use PhotoGrinder services.
General
This site, hereafter also referred to as "PhotoGrinder" or "the Service", is privately funded, owned and managed by ReadyPrompt.Acceptable Use
The Service is offered as a tool for users to automate tedious processing of images. However, there are some classes of images that are not welcome. The following are not allowed and may lead to criminal report or prosecution if uploaded to PhotoGrinder. Images containing or concerning:
- Violence or violent acts, torture, abuse, or medical procedures
- Dead persons or animals
- Promotion of illegal activities or substances
- Illegal activities or substances
- Overthrow of the U.S. government
- Terrorism
- Sexual activities
- Nudity
- Racially or ethnically objectionable content
- Threats
You, and not PhotoGrinder, are entirely responsible for all content that you upload to PhotoGrinder.
Your Account, Password and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account.
You agree to immediately notify PhotoGrinder of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security. PhotoGrinder cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this.
You agree to keep your account information current: profile, email address, etc.
Termination of Account
PhotoGrinder reserves the right to terminate the account of any member at any time for the convenience of PhotoGrinder. Any such termination shall be without refund.
Disclaimer of Warranty
PhotoGrinder assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in any provided information, software or other data (hereafter referred to as "materials"). ANY MATERIALS LOCATED ON THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. PhotoGrinder further does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the information, text, graphics, links or other items contained within these materials. PhotoGrinder shall not be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including without limitation, lost revenues or lost profits, which may result from the use of these materials.
